CBLR Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary

CBLR to publish proceedings and scholarship of insider trading symposium

CBLR to publish proceedings of “The Delaware Court of Chancery: Change and Continuity” conference

The Columbia Business Law Review is excited to be part of the upcoming “The Delaware Court of Chancery: Change and Continuity” conference that will be held at Columbia Law School on Friday, November 11, 2011. The conference will be chaired by John C. Coffee Jr., the Adolf A. Berle Professor of Law at Columbia Law School and member of the Columbia Business Law Review’s Board of Advisors. Speakers and participants include Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr., former Chancellor William B. Chandler III, Delaware Supreme Court Justice Jack Jacobs, and all current members of the Delaware Court of Chancery. The Columbia Business Law Review will be dedicating an upcoming issue to publishing articles submitted by conference participants in coordination with the proceedings.

About CBLR

Columbia Business Law Review is the first legal periodical at a national law school to be devoted solely to the publication of articles focusing on the interaction of the legal profession and the business community. The review publishes three issues yearly, which involve students in the editing of leading articles in business law, as well as the production of student-written notes.
